Lauren is the Director of Marketing & Media at Wingspan Performance®, where she is leading the company’s digital and modern marketing expansion as it grows in impact and reach. With a deep personal commitment to equity for all, particularly for women and minorities, Lauren is passionate about using her work to create lasting, meaningful change.
Since joining Wingspan Performance® officially in February 2025, Lauren has played a key role in the company’s expansion efforts, developing bold, innovative strategies to increase visibility and reach across all channels. Her work challenges the status quo, focusing on what’s possible through marketing when connecting with leaders around the world whose lives have been and will continue to be transformed by the Wingspan Performance System™.
Before joining Wingspan Performance®, Lauren was a successful entrepreneur and multimedia marketing agency owner, with a proven track record of building brands and campaigns that prioritize social impact. Her career and personal trajectory have taken her to over 31 countries, where she has gained insight into diverse cultures, sustainable human impact, and leadership approaches—shaping the way she creates and leads today.
Lauren has been deeply involved in efforts to end human trafficking as a public speaker, storyteller, choreographer, fundraiser, covert rescue ops member, and safe house planning committee leader. Her diverse background in nonprofit, government, corporate, and academic sectors has sharpened her adaptability, strategic thinking, and impactful communication methods—all of which continue to influence her leadership style.
Lauren is also a proud adoptive, special needs mama to a curious 5-year-old who has a heart full of wonder and a unique perspective on the world. Together with her husband of over ten years and their giant St. Bernese dog named Gohan, they live in Northwest Florida, just minutes from quartz beaches and cow-dotted countryside. Whether sharing a cup of Fair Trade coffee and deep conversation in local shops with her besties, brainstorming root cause medical discoveries with her Nurse Practitioner mama, advocating for and sharing in life with a Respite support group for moms of kids with special needs, or dancing and singing until dawn with her four sisters, Lauren is always seeking meaningful moments, personal growth, and sustainable ways to stay true to her values of equity and authenticity, along with her favorite activity in the world—laughter.
