Meredith Darden

Meredith serves as Executive Administrator at Wingspan Performance, bringing over a decade of executive leadership experience in operations, strategic planning support, and high-level administrative partnership. Prior to Wingspan, she worked within a destination management organization as part of its executive leadership group, supporting CEO- and board-level priorities, guiding internal coordination, and strengthening the systems that help teams execute well under pressure.

At Wingspan, Meredith focuses on the behind-the-scenes work that makes a busy team run smoothly: anticipating next steps, streamlining processes, improving handoffs, and keeping priorities organized so leaders stay focused and effective. Her style is grounded and direct—equal parts strategic and practical—built for real workdays where details matter and follow-through counts.

Outside of work, Meredith calls the Texas Gulf Coast home, where she spends time with her family and her two blue heelers. She loves being outdoors, soaking in the natural beauty of the region, and making thoughtful, period-appropriate updates to her mid-century modern home.
