Born in New Mexico and shaped by years of leadership experience across multiple organizations, Mike is driven by a deep commitment to people, performance, and progress. Throughout his career, Mike has led large teams in high-pressure environments. That responsibility and experience validated that when leaders set clear expectations, exceptional results follow. 

With a career spanning over 23 years in manufacturing and operations leadership, Mike brings a grounded, real-world perspective to every client engagement. 

Outside of work, Mike enjoys weight training, travel, and spending quality time with his family; daughter Kaylie & son Michael. From the factory floor to the boardroom, Mike’s journey has always been about helping the team align to drive results.
