Before working with Wingspan Performance®, I was overwhelmed by balancing leadership and personal well-being. I had the skillset. I wasn’t leading with intention, and my team wasn’t responding the way I desired them to. There were communication gaps, and accountability was lacking in both my leadership and my team’s efforts.

I wanted to shift things, and I knew I needed to change my approach. Rather than continuing to push forward without clarity, I used the tools I gained from Wingspan Performance® coaching to refocus. It was a wake-up call for me to step into leadership with intention and consistency.

One of the biggest changes came in how I communicated. I stopped using “Bubble Wrap” language and started asking the right questions. By applying Advancing Questions® with my team, I shifted from vague expectations to clear and actionable steps. This clarity was the breakthrough we needed.

The result? The team gained clarity, they became 100% accountable, and we started seeing real progress. Instead of working in circles, we were focused, aligned, and moving forward together. Not only has this transformed the way I lead, it’s also brought a renewed sense of personal satisfaction.
