Since 2003, she’s coached and advised thousands of leaders across the globe, in many industries, and from Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurs. Cathy is widely recognized for her blend of business savvy, ability to influence, and deep care for others.

Ivan Konermann is a Leadership Advisor with more than 20 years’ experience in the private sector, a West Point graduate, and former U.S. Army Captain. He brings rare expertise in leading critical operations and team problem-solving in high pressure situations based on decades working in the military, special operations, intelligence, and public safety communities.  Ivan draws on a wide range of experiences in his work supporting leaders, effectively equipping them to create more of what they want while feeling more confident along the way.

Heather Hopkins is a Leadership Performance Advisor at Wingspan Performance, where she blends her technical expertise and people-focused strategies to help leaders and teams thrive. With a background in engineering, operations, and leadership development, Heather is passionate about bridging the gap between innovation and connection to drive meaningful results.

Heather brings extensive experience in continuous improvement, organizational transformation, and coaching to her role. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, resilience, and creating systems that encourage individuals and organizations to succeed. She is excited to support clients on their Wingspan journey and help them unlock their full potential.

Mike Johnson is a Leadership Advisor with over 23 years of manufacturing experience, successfully leading teams ranging from 50 to 800 employees in results-driven environments. He is a strategic leader known for translating business objectives into high-impact operational outcomes, while prioritizing the well-being of team members, customers, and the community. Mike brings deep expertise in strategic and tactical leadership.

Bruce Stankavage is a Leadership Performance Advisor at Wingspan Performance with decades of experience in entrepreneurship, business leadership, and performance development. He partners with leaders operating under real pressure—strengthening self-leadership, execution, and the behaviors that drive results.

Laura is Wingspan’s Customer Experience and Content Manager. She will be on hand to make your introduction and implementation of the Wingspan System as smooth as possible from start to finish.

She comes to us from the UK after relocating with her husband. Laura has a background in project management and executive support and is excited to bring these skills to Wingspan to help support our clients on their Wingspan journey.

Stephanie Van Koten-Hinger serves as Manager of Executive Administration at Wingspan Performance, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive administrative priorities and operations. She oversees executive scheduling, communication flow, and administrative coordination, creating the structure that allows the team to stay focused on high-impact client work.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys all things outdoors, including backcountry motorcycling with her husband, running, gardening, hiking, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest!

Madison Gross serves as the On-Site Executive Administrator at Wingspan Performance. Madison supports daily operations, client onboarding, and the overall home-office experience—helping ensure everything runs smoothly so advisors remain focused on delivering exceptional service to clients.

With a background in elementary education, Madison brings strong organization, communication, and attention to detail to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Matt, and their dog, Spunk.

Yesennia (Gigi) Rofrano is an Executive Assistant with 15+ years of experience supporting professionals across finance, sales, hospitality, and business operations. She’s known for being dependable, adaptable, and someone people can genuinely count on to keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Gigi enjoys building strong working relationships and being a trusted support person for the teams and leaders she works with. Outside of work, she loves traveling, spending time with her family, and is happiest anywhere with an ocean view.

Quincy Cade is an Executive Administrator with over 12 years of experience supporting executives, leading operations, and managing administrative systems across nonprofit, construction, health and wellness, and consulting organizations. Throughout his career, he has become known for building strong relationships, creating organized systems, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.

He enjoys helping leaders stay focused by managing calendars, coordinating projects, improving workflows, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. He takes pride in serving as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, solves problems proactively, and creates the operational stability leaders need to perform at their highest level. He values integrity, clear communication, continuous learning, and building genuine relationships with both teammates and clients.

Whiskey Blue is that special dog who knows how to lean into you for affection, whether she is standing, seated, or laying down.  Her favorite place to be is smack dab in the middle of any hugs or snuggles. .  She brings the (usually) mellow ying to Chili Pepper’s high energy yang.  Whiskey is widely recognized since that dog in the “The Little Rascals” looks a lot like her…and she’s cool with it.

Chili Pepper is like no other…she keeps the Wingspan office full of energy and reminds us that when it’s quiet, there is probably trouble brewing.  Her two modes are 500 mph or sleeping, and she is learning from her sister how to be a good snuggler and movie watcher.  Just don’t forget to throw her some popcorn!
